General & Events

Yes. Aknara specializes in weddings, engagements, birthdays, and private celebrations, with indoor and outdoor venues.

Both the Grand Ballroom and Lily Banquet Hall can host up to 300 guests each.

Yes. Guests can enjoy à la carte dining, buffets, high tea, dine-in, and takeaway, including riverside dining.

JBL, Bluetooth speakers, bongo, and dolki are not allowed to be brought to the hotel premises because they disturb other guests. However, acoustic instruments like violins and guitars are permitted. The calypso band is available every evening & every weekend.

Yes. We don't have a bar, so you have to bring it from outside. Corkage is free of charge. However, all soft drinks and chaser bottles must be bought from our hotel; they are not allowed to be brought from outside.

Family & Friends Day-Out Packages

Yes, we have. Lunch buffets are available on Saturdays, Sundays & Poya days. And we have weekday day out packages also.

The package starts from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

  • Welcome drink is served on arrival.
  • Pool access is unlimited from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Lunch buffet starts from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM (Set menu lunch for weekday packages).
  • Evening snack with iced coffee is served at 3:30 PM.

Inquiries about Rooms

We do not arrange buffets for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner for room stays. There is a separate menu for room service.

We have 4 rooms only to functioning. Among them we have 1 TRPL room (104#) & 1 changing room (102#). The changing room is given for day use couples & given to weddings for changing purposes as FOC also.
